However if your plants arrive damaged, we will of course offer you a full refund.
When we send out a plant or cutting, we check it thoroughly to ensure that it's the very best quality and in perfect health before packing it carefully and sending it to you. If your item arrives damaged, the easiest way of letting us know is to use our contact form to give us details of the problem.
But, please note that, as plants are perishable, we ask that you send a photo of the damaged plant to us as soon as possible. For details on how to do this please see below.
Although plants are excluded from the 'Distance Selling Regulations / The Consumer Contracts Regulations' we are happy to discuss with you a return of a plant. Any refund would be for the cost of the plant only, and we would not cover any postage costs.
In this situation the plant would need to be returned to us in exactly the same condition as received. We recommened that you take pictures prior to packing and obtain proof of posting when sending.
You can return the item to us by post. Always remember to get a proof of postage receipt.
