Monstera dubia is a shingling plant that completely morphs into a different looking plant as it matures. This is a fast growing Monstera that needs something flat to grow up.

Slightly elevated humidity will see faster growth.

These are freshly taken cuttings from large plants. In time they can produce fenestrations as shown in the last photo.
